Born into a family of music lovers, his father being the exclusive importer of Rogers in France (BBC Speakers), Garry was surrounded by Records and hi-fi equipment from an early age. While everyone had different musical taste in his family, Garry Listened to everything from Hard Rock and Pop to Classical and Jazz. This Initiated an Envy for Playing music in any form he could find. Pots and pans were the first victims... But he got his first bass at the age of 15 where he showed promising results right from the start. Garry was also very quick to learn how to record and mix tapes with high quality audio equipment, as well as repairing speakers, sorting stock and learning the ropes of his dad's business. Leaving school at 17, Garry entered military service where he had the honour of playing tuba for the French Minister of Defence Mr Chevènement, in the 3rd Music Regiment of France. After working in a studio in Elbeuf for a year as a sound assistant, and struggling to find like-minded musicians, Garry left for the UK at the age of 20 in search of a better future for his musical aspirations.

Garry has played in a handful of bands : Slippery Thin, Chillaz, Tiny Monroe, Rocket Scientist, Star Seeds, Sons Of The Empire. and collaborated with various projects as a bass player. Touring stories are plenty as well as gigging at various festivals in Ireland, UK, France and Italy. As a percussion lover, Garry has never been afraid to play in the streets with other percussionists and musicians, or play in bands, wherever it was African roots or Brazilian funky salsa, or even join a school of African dance to play with the band. He was also part of a percussion/DJ combo that played in many nightclubs and bars, bringing some limbo shaking vibes to the city of London. In the late 90's Garry started hanging out with the famous 70's music producer Zeus B Held who gave him the chance to get creative with keyboards as opposed to bass and drums. This period sparked the beginning of a passion for production music.

Whilst working in various roles in the games industry Garry started studying computer production, learning mixing and mastering, as well as adventuring into the world of sampling and synthesis. With so many tools at his disposal, his composing skills got a big boost, and his passion for composing music outside of the traditional 4 piece band became apparent. He began to work with various production companies, composing for briefs and various clients: Evening Standard, Becel, Stella Artois, Expedia, Psygnosis. But as the music industry was changing, in an age where music was slowly becoming more content than art, Garry decided to try and invest his musical skills in library music, giving him full liberty over his musical creations and total freedom of style. It was not long before he made his debut album in partnership with James What in the Dewolfe Music/Rouge Music catalogue.
